OCGS President’s Welcome

We established the Old Caterhamians’ Golfing Society in 2017 and have attracted over 100 members of the Caterham School community to meetings at top venues for seasonal golf days including Walton Heath, Rye, The Addington and Hindhead.

We invite players with WHS handicaps of maximum 18 to join us for competitive golf played in a convivial atmosphere.

Over the last five years most of the best golf clubs have significantly increased their prices for societies and restricted their availability. We have worked hard to build a reputation for proficiency and respect for the traditions and etiquette so valued by our hosts. We have forged strong relationships with the clubs which have preserved our booking rights and helped to mitigate the price inflation.
