We have decided to move next year’s spring meet from Rye Golf Club to West Hill Golf Club. Rye remains a wonderful, traditional links and we are grateful for the experiences we have enjoyed there. However, West Hill offers several exciting features for our spring fixture. Its location is significantly more convenient for the majority of attendees, which we expect will improve turnout and reduce travel time. Fast trains from Clapham Junction to Woking take as little as 18 minutes, followed by a short transfer to the club.

The course itself is a classic Surrey heathland often regarded as the jewel of the Three W’s and an underrated presence in the top‑100 rankings—provides an excellent early‑season test. West Hill’s practice facilities, clubhouse space, and on‑site hospitality will allow us to run a smoother schedule, manage pace of play more effectively, and create a more social, all‑round experience.

We will also be able to play our own ball, addressing one of the historical drawbacks at Rye.

The West Hill spring meet will take place on Thursday, 12 March 2026, with tee times from 08:56.

Pricing
We are offering an early‑bird rate of £110 for sign‑ups received before the end of January 2026; thereafter, the price will be £120. Places are limited to 28.
This includes lunch and 18 holes.
